First you gotta get your device and open your browser, click the searchbar and type down Atabook and press enter (or tap search) Then the website of Atabook will appear, so click it, it will ask you to sign up. , you have to input your email, password, and From what i remember, your username will be your site name. After you done that, you are finished, you can customize by clicking control panel and scrolling to one of the sections called Guestbook layout section, you will see change layout on that section, you can change the colors there. Also, if someone messaged u in ur atabook, u can go to control panel again, and scroll to the section guestbook management, and click message control, if you dont see the messages, scroll down a bit (if ur on mobile) :D
